My First Game, Singularity Break, is Out Now!
A month ago, my only goal was to see if I could learn the Godot game engine. I started with a simple idea, shooting a ball to break some blocks, just as a learning exercise.
Somehow, that simple project took on a life of its own. I got obsessed with making it feel good, adding more content, and polishing it as much as i could. Before I knew it, I wasn't just learning anymore. I was building a real game.
. It's an arcade rogue-lite where you survive as long as you can, collect coins, and unlock a huge arsenal of celestial bodies with unique stats.
I'm honestly a little surprised I ended up with a finished game, but I'm incredibly proud of how it turned out. I hope you have as much fun playing it as I did making it.
